We booked 2 nights in Rome and met our friends at royal hotel Santina a best western. Hotel next to central station and it was clean staff pleasant breakfast amazing value at 3 euros each. Rome was lovely very walkable to main sites Trevi fountain, spanish steps etc.
We had Holiday taxis for transfers from airport and to port efficient and clean taxis.

We chose Celebrity because we had read good reviews online. We initially wanted to book a smaller ship, but wanting a larger suite for this cruise, Celebrity was more affordable.

We love the Celebrity Reflection. The Solstice class is not too big, but big enough to offer amazing meals in the dining room and first class entertainment. The ship itself is clean, bright and easy to maneuver. We always sail in a veranda room and this time traveled in concierge, room 1077, which gave us a bigger balcony.

Am trying to think of what could have improved this cruise and am coming up blank. We have cruised a lot and were last on Reflection in April. Was so warm that the pools were totally useable.
