Sea Fever
I must go down to the seas again, to the lonely sea and the sky,
And all I ask is a tall ship and a star to steer her by;
And the wheel’s kick and the wind’s song and the white sail’s ...
We choose this cruise to be on the Reflection (again) and to go to Carthagena, DW wanted to buy an emerald (she succeeded).
That is our 3rd cruise on Reflection, the 2 previous were Transats, and the last one was in 2019 Nov.
We love that boat for the spirit of cruising, almost no kids (10 max), no boose party, super clean boat, excellent food in general.
As usual, we booked speciality ...
As a young couple who haven't cruised before we were anxious about whether it would be for us. We got an excellent deal and the itinerary looked amazing, so we bit the bullet and I'm so glad we did. We travel very frequently but the appeal of seeing multiple destinations without any effort of moving hotels really resonated with us. Our itinerary consisted of Cayman Islands, Colombia, Panama, Costa ...
We chose this cruise because it visited some ports we had not been to before and because we wanted to go to Cartagena again.
Embarkation and disembarkation was well organised but a lot of people did the ealry departure with their own luggage and so there was a massive queue for this.
Our balcony cabin was comfortable and well thought out with plenty of storage. the bathroom had a decent ...
Just got off the Reflection on a great cruise. With some small hiccups overall but nothing that was easily rectified. I had 2 aft cabins 9380/82 which was great opening the divider between them. The views were terrific and never any issue with soot or to much sun, very little overhang on them. The deck has a small table and yes they have the much debated leg/foot rests there. It was always ...
My wife and I consider Celebrity to be the top premium cruise line in the world and we were not disappointed this cruise.
We were on the Reflection and from the moment we arrived at the pier in Ft. Lauderdale and saw the new lounge they had for suite rooms up to the embarkation everything was first rate.
We stayed in the reflection suite or sometimes called the signature suite.
Everything ...
We chose this cruise because we wanted to see the ABC Islands and it did not disappoint. The Refelection is a beautiful ship. We had great weather, calm seas and the food and staff were wonderful. Passengers were frientdly and interesting and came from all parts of the world. The entertainment on board was excellent - great shows with talented singers and dancers. There was also live music ...
I give the Celebrity Reflection a 98% positive report. It was refurbished 2018 and now looks like brand new. They did a great job. We do not do the dining rooms any more, just the buffets. Ramesh, the head chef, was awesome. Anything you wanted he will take care of. He always asked if everything is good. No it was not good, everything was fantastic. The food on the buffet was excellent each and ...
This was our 17th cruise and the 6th on Celebrity. We are completely appreciative of the job that Celebrity does making each trip special.
The staff on the Reflection was exceptional and exceeded all of our expectations greatly.
Our Room Attendant Dedy was superb. Was thoughtful, respectful and very efficient. Our waiters and assistant waiters, Jessee and Arnold were also terrific. ...
What a holiday!
This was our first cruise and to say we absolutely loved it would probably be an understatement. Embarking to begin with was very easy and quick. We arrived at the port around 11am and were on the ship around half an hour later with no problems.
The cabin was bigger than we had expected, I found lots of room for all our bits and bobs, travelling from Ireland meant we could ...
