This is our 4th cruise with Celebrity. We were disappointed. The personal service was lacking. It used to be that we felt pampered and built a relationship with our dinner crew. Good news - The ship is very nice, the staff was excellent. Bad news - excursions were not good - canceled - most are 50 people on a bus with a long drive. Very disappointing. We ended up changing several and booking on Viator and private options. Food was mediocre. Opus was bad and Luminae had very poor selection.
