This was our 3rd cruise with Celebrity. We had a western mediterranean on the Silhouette and a transatlantic on the Eclipse before. We booked this cruise especially for the ports of call (Messina - Mykonos - Kusadasi - Rhodes - Santorini - Piraeus (Athens) - Naples). We have cruised a number of times (20+) on a number of lines. I would have to say that I was a bit disappointed in the level of service and some of the amenities. I have never gone on a seven day let alone eleven day cruise where the cabin stewards never once addressed me by my name. We chose Celebrity for the itinerary. Our ports of call were Santorini, Istanbul, Kusadasi, Athens, Mykonos, and Naples. The celebrity reflection was our first cruise with Celebrity. We were attracted because of their "modern luxury" marketing and on a friends recommendation. Perhaps because of the itinerary and date, or the following transatlantic crossing the crowd was very old.
