Review for Celebrity Reflection to Caribbean - Western

Celebrity Reflection Review We are a couple in our 70s, departing February 2020 for 11 nights in the western Caribbean after a 5 night stay in Ft. Lauderdale. This was our 3d ocean cruise. We chose this itinerary because of the length and the places we had not visited before. We booked in December and the room choice was limited. We chose an ocean view room on deck 3, midship, no veranda. ...

One room you should not book- ever!

Review for Celebrity Reflection to Europe - Eastern Mediterranean

I love Celebrity especially the Reflection but I opted in for what I thought was an upgrade and ended up in a noisy, clanging, rumbling, vibrating room! Room 7107- family veranda. And insult to injury-I paid for the upgrade! Every docking and departure created this other worldly ungodly racket. It was the anchor and every other contraption used to secure the ship to its spot. The first time I ...

Traveling Spain with Friends

A group of 14 friends (between the ages of 66 and 78) who travel together wanted to see Spain. This cruise visited multiple Spain Ports plus two in France and three in Italy. Embarkation and disembarkation were both very good. This ship had the best food and service that we've experienced in all our years of traveling. The entertainment on this ship was OK in my opinion. We enjoyed the ...

I give the Celebrity Reflection a 98% positive report. It was refurbished 2018 and now looks like brand new. They did a great job. We do not do the dining rooms any more, just the buffets. Ramesh, the head chef, was awesome. Anything you wanted he will take care of. He always asked if everything is good. No it was not good, everything was fantastic. The food on the buffet was excellent each and ...

Sleepless cruise

Itinerary and ship! Boy were we disappointed in our cabin! 3119. Not sure anyone would know what was was above the ceiling until you were there. We complained to room steward and then management and then guest services. Apparently we weren’t considered an emergency move, which was requested after second day. Such an expensive “sleepless” cruise....so disappointing. Other than our ...

Our first time on Celebrity Reflection. We have been on Celebrity Eclipse (2013) Celebrity Equinox (2014, 2017 & 2018 with Captain Kate) Celebrity Summit (2016 with Captain Kate) Celebrity Silhouette (2017 & 2018) Embarkation in the new Ft. Lauderdale terminal - a total disaster. Arrived at 9:30 AM. Up escalator at 10 AM. In the first group of 50 passengers. Had our Sea pass by 10:25 AM. ...

I am a 45 yo German guy and I've been cruising since 2001. After about 40 cruises with different cruise lines (Celebrity, Royal Caribbean, Costa, MSC, NCL, Cunrard) I think I know what I am talking about. Celebrity has been my first and favorite cruise line so far. During the first years (2001-2008) the experience was outstanding: Excellent food, great pool parties with big fruit buffets, ...

Reflection not as good as Celebrity smaller ships

This was our 4th cruise on Celebrity; second & last on Reflection. Prior experiences on Summit & Millennium were outstanding, and we thought that Celebrity would be our preferred line going forward - not so sure any longer - food & entertainment were disappointing. We are 55/63, still working, and have cruised frequently since 2005. Started with Carnival in the Mediterranean, and used ...

Everything you read in the brochure is spot on - it really is a luxury floating hotel. There were incredible places to visit, whilst travelling in luxury, eating and drinking like a king. The service throughout the ship is first rate, all staff were so friendly and helpful. The ship was spotless and unlike what some may think, there are always places to find peace and quiet. The choice of ...

It was our twenty fifth wedding anniversary and our first cruise so I had some misgivings about it ! I did not need to worry as the staff were fabulous, the food was amazing, our room was gorgeous and Maynard who looked after us was fantastic! Everything was well organised and it was great that security and safety were taken very seriously so we had no issues about leaving the ship or returning to ...
