I have cruised with Celebrity over 12 times. This cruise was the worst, especially for the alcove cabanas on the Lawn Club deck that they advertise as a place to enjoy peace and quiet, and for which we paid $229 a day to reserve. We chose this cruise because we were doing a week long teaching cruise with one of our favorite bridge teachers.
There were 3 days we could not use our bathroom for hours because the toilets on that side of the deck were clogged. The staff at Guest Services was hostile in general, but especially during toilet problems.

The crew was so unfriendly and truly looked miserable. We traveled with our 3 children (10,8 and 2), we went on this same boat 4 years ago and had a horrible time year. The boat is not maintained.
