Great ship but we found decline in food quality and service in some area
Dining room at lunch was excellent and good food however in the evening the choices were not good and food was not prepared to the standard we experience on Celebrity before.Our waiter was not very well trained as well.

My wife and I love this ship. Luxury is a keynote in describing Reflection. Food in dining room is 5 star and speciality restaurants are 10 star, especially Tuscan Grill, Morano, Qsine.

This was our 3rd Transatlantic with Celebrity - but it may be our last . Celebrity now nickles and dimes for seemingly everything. Formerly free Zumba is now $13 per class ( that info is well hidden until you are aboard ship). We have done one other trans-Atlantic with Celebrity and choose this one because of the reasonable fares and we have enjoyed Celebrity on 3 privious cruises.
We ate in the MDR four times and the service was prompt and the food was good. Other times we ate in the Oceanview Cafe and that was good as well.

Loved all the ports and the 7 sea days being after those busy days. The only disappointment was the Blu Restaurant which was the reason we paid extra for Aqua Class. The service was extremely slow and the food very inconsistent and when I voiced my disappointment, nothing improved.
