Booked this California Coastal to proceed our Mexican Riviera cruise. Package included classic drink, internet, and paid gratuity. What happened to luxury included? We have travel on Celebrity for 24 years...3 times on the Millennium. Due to Covid and a new staff of workers, the Customer Service was awful.
