Little loveseat and tray next to our balcony. We ate our room service breakfast here. There's metal to use magnet hangers on the wall to the right of the curtains (great lil place for a puffy jacket to stay out of the way)

Never again

Review for Celebrity Millennium to Alaska

We took this cruise to travel with Canadian friends to Alaska, we’re from the UK. Sadly the main problem is the fact we’re from different countries, we were not able to book dining to eat together. There seemed to be no solution to not being allocated a dining table together other than queueing for up to 40 mins, despite having our bookings linked. August was not a good time to escape noise, ...

Good ship, easy to navigate and get around

We chose this cruise because the ocean view rooms looked nicer than Norwegian and had better add-ons (tips, wi-fi, classic drink package) for the overall price. The big square window with a loveseat looking out was a big plus over a small porthole between the 2 beds. We ended up bidding on a balcony room and got it! so we didn't actually stay in the oceanview room, but I'm assuming the room ...

Upscale Cruise Dissapointment

My partner and I were on the Millennium’s June 17 sailing from Seward to Vancouver. I was excited because this was my first on Celebrity out of 19 cruises and what I considered an upscale cruise line. I was impressed by some areas and very disappointed in others on the ship. The ship was clean and well maintained with our cabin being a decent size and a wonderful cabin steward who attended to ...

We have never been to Alaska and heard nothing but Rave reviews regarding taking an Alaskan Cruise. This was our first time on a Celebrity ship and were advised by our travel agent to book with Celebrity and its ship the Millennium as it was recently refurbished. We found the Renovated Millennium to be beautiful and well done. The ship was close to 3/4's full due to just starting again after Covid ...

Better options out there; ship showing its age

We selected this cruise because we thought that Celebrity would have better food and accommodations as our previous experience had been favorable. The ship is old and even with a reduced guest total, the service was subpar for most of the time. You can get better values elsewhere. Cabin staff were on par with basic cruise lines. Dining room staff were okay, but recommended that we do the Tuscan ...

I was leery of an older and smaller ship. I was happily surprised. With the makeover she’s like new. Ship was very clean, the staff incredible and the entertainment and activities were excellent and fun. We had cabin 1010. They are new additions with the makeover. Standard cabin with a smaller veranda. Very nice and comfortable. The attendant Susan was outstanding. The MDR food servers Wayan and ...

Having cruised with P&O and NCL we decided to try Celebrity in 2020 for March 2020 which was cancelled so we re-booked for 2022. We spent 2 night in South Beach Miami before our cruise that we found "INTRESTING" Couple of 50+ surround by spring breakers! Embarkation went very smoothly and we was on the ship within 30 minutes of arriving at the terminal. We love the emergency drill ...

I am handicapped and need an accessible cabin. I stay on ship and move around on a rented electric mobility scooter. This ship meets most of my needs plus this cruise was at about 50% capacity so no waiting for elevators. Room was near elevators and hall width was fine. The staff was perfect. I do not try specialty restaurants but use the formal one as much as possible. Staff made a special ...

Great first cruise on a classic ship!

Our first Celebrity experience was on the Edge (after sailing Disney many times). It was a great cruise and I was worried I wouldn't like the classic ship experience. We had just as a great time on the Millennium as we did on the Edge. The crew and entertainment staff (Manuel was the cruise director) were excellent. We found the variety acts on the Edge great and the scripted shows not so great ...

Travelled on this ship 20 ago , supposed to go to Asia in the year 2020 , that of course didn’t happen . We loved the ship again , the smallest of it & easy to get around & with only 500 passengers this time , all the help were so courteous . We will definitely look for another time we can travel on her again . The food at buffet was one of the best , & the restaurants were just as good as any ...
