Am trying to think of what could have improved this cruise and am coming up blank. We have cruised a lot and were last on Reflection in April. Was so warm that the pools were totally useable. Luminae was terrific, loved our butler & cabin attendant, fun crowd, silent discos. We toured on our own mostly but did the tour to Cinque Terre with ship & it was wonderful. Hard to pick a favorite port but ...
We chose this cruise because of the itinerary which included several ports we hadn't been to before. We had a Sky suite after having been aqua before but I'm not really sure what the advantages actually were. Our Butler did nothing and forgot to do the things we asked . I've had much better service from our cabin stewards .So I would not pay all that extra money next time ,using the money instead ...
We chose this cruise for the Itinerary and hopefully the time of year and value...and it did not disappoint in that regard. We had amazing weather. This was our third time on Constellation in three years, so we were doing a lot of comparing. The ship is comfortable but dull. The food has gone downhill. We believe this may be because they are really pushing the specialty restaurants. The ...
We booked this cruise during last years bogoho sale. We picked it mainly for the ports & that it covered 3 countries in the west Med. The unkonwn ports of Alicante, Spain and Sete, France were a plesant surprise which we thoroughly enjoyed walking around exploring. Not to mention the other ports were great with the exception of Marseille which was a disappointment and VERY dirty. - next time ...
Cruising the Mediterranean in early Fall is a great way to avoid crowds at the port cities while still enjoying nice weather that ranged between 70 and 80 degrees during the day. The Constellation is an older ship with about 2,000 guests, which makes It easy to get around without encountering long lines. We had an oceanview cabin on deck 3 near the Grand Foyer, which was a very convenient ...
We love the Celebrity Reflection. The Solstice class is not too big, but big enough to offer amazing meals in the dining room and first class entertainment. The ship itself is clean, bright and easy to maneuver. We always sail in a veranda room and this time traveled in concierge, room 1077, which gave us a bigger balcony.
My only and BIGGEST disappointment was that after the first night, ...
Enjoy the Reflection and all the ports. The crew as always is very attentive and the wait staff and wine steward in Blu were awesome. Our room was very clean and we had a room attendant that was spot on. The food was a pleasant experience and the weather was fantastic. We took our own tours and they were very well done and much more economical than the ones offered by the ship with less ...
We picked our cruise because of the time of year and itinerary. This is a wonderful ship, albeit, an "older" crowd. The embarkation and disembarkation process was so smooth. One drawback was that we were advised by Celebrity that because our return flight home was not within the time frame of guarantee, we had to stay overnight at an airport hotel. We found out on the last day that we would ...
8 of family and friends were traveling together to enjoy the ports and one another's company. One of our family had an emergency and the Celebrity staff were wonderful in helping us. We were Celebrity cruisers before but now, would never hesitate to travel with them again. I can't stress how much Celebrity went out of their way to help us. Thank you Julie, Sunel and Theresa and, the Captain ...
