Food is Terrible!

Review for a Europe - Western Mediterranean Cruise on Celebrity Edge

This was my 3rd time cruising, 1st time w/ Celebrity. The 2 previous cruises were both with NCL. My review is mostly based on the fact that the food is HORRIBLE on the Edge. I do not know how they could've dropped the ball so low. The buffet is disgusting & greasy; the food messed with my stomach. They also don't even have a sandwich station in the buffet, I mean COME ON... I don't feel like ...

Food poisoning goes unanswered

We took a big family cruise together and were very excited for this new edge class ship by celebrity. The main concern is we got food poisoning and were suffering for 2 days afterward. We specifically did not eat in port to take advantage of the supposed good food on the ship. Worst part is my 4 year old was also affected. To add insult to injury, ship management tried to blame us for the ...

I would like to start this review by stating that I have taken most of my trips with another cruise line and I am extremely disappointed in everything on this trip. We spent 5k for our cruise and another 2k for travel and adventures and needed stuff including WiFi for cruise for two people as they make you pay per device and didn’t receive 5k in services or travel! The vessel is a bit outdated ...

We chose the med cruise because we did the baltics on same ship last year, what a difference Petty rules and regulations stopped kids and teens having fun Passengers tried to nake larger of 2 outdoor pools adult- only, managed to get it for over-12s only, leaving small pool over-crowded (about 600 kids and teens on ship) They tried to get all under-12s in kids factory and teens to stay in ...

We booked an Edge Villa suite as a treat for me after my illness and instead of being spoilt we were constantly frustrated. We could not use the “exclusive to suites retreat pool and spa” on day 2 as they were filming to promote the ship until 9 pm. No-one ( even our Butler) apparently knew about it and we only found out after we opened our direct door to the retreat to be told the area was ...

On Ship Now - Never Again

Review for a Asia Cruise on Celebrity Constellation

Chose this cruise because it visited a lot of cities I have on my to do list. But sadly this is like a hospital ship. Brothel red style rooms, hospital food (really really bad) and zero energy. Travelers of a certain age, which is the majority, seem to enjoy this hospital/nursing home ship, but if you are not 70+ yet i suggest you avoid at all costs. The pools are kiddie pools, decor is ...

We were very excited about this cruise and choose celebrity with its great reputation and with this ship having so many sea days we wanted to make sure we had great food and great entertainment... we were in an aqua spa suit with balcony and on first impressions although it was dated it was very clean so we were happy well this didn’t last long... our room was above the main buffet so it was noisy ...

Horrible cruise line

We chose this cruise line because of the itinerary and that is the only reason, three days in Israel. Three cabins, two generations of cruisers. We have been on lots of cruises, never on Celebrity and never again! Let me start with the positive: big upgraded rooms (we paid for this!) nice staff. Now the negative: we paid to upgrade my parents, we show up at entry, there is no cabin ...

Terrible disappointing cruise

It was the worse cruise we have ever been on. On getting to Rome Port the ship wasn’t there due to bad weather which they were aware of 24 hours beforehand. We then had to wait over 6 hours on a hard chair (if you were lucky to get one) and all we were offered was a small bottle of water and a small packet of crackers which they run out of so we only got 1 to share. When we got to our cabin it ...

We chose those cruise because it was going to places that we wanted to visit and also ports we have never been to be. Right from start it was horrific. We arrived at Rome port to find the ship not there. We were told there would be at least a delay of 6 hours due to bad weather. During that wait, which the cruise company were aware of all we were offered was a small bottle of water and a small ...
