Cruise had a great itinerary and we thought Celebrity was a step up from our traditional RCL cruises. The ship Infinity was in rough shape. The cruise was meant to be a relaxing break and booked a Concierge cabin that was partially obscured. On boarding we were left to our own devices, no assistance in finding our way to the cabin and when in the cabin no information on or where the welcome aboard lunch was being held.
