We wanted to go to see penguins and visit Antarctic. We were informed by Celebrity 7 days before departure that the ship was having propulsion issues, but we were not allowed to cancel the cruise. We had booked this cruise 2 years ago and were very excited when the time finally arrived to go to Antarctica. We spent 3 nights in Buenos Aires beforehand and enjoyed our time there. Embarkation was straightforward, our inside cabin on deck 8 was ready quite early, we had lunch at Oceanview Cafe after we dropped off our things.
