Even though our trip started under a Coronavirus cloud, we were able to make it just under the wire, with all of the cruise warnings. The Infinity did a wonderful job with near constant cleaning, Purell stations everywhere, temperature checks before boarding.
We were able to get a great deal with perks in Aqua class and loved our cabin. Sure, you could tell in some areas that it is ready for a ...
Great amenity package. Love cruising with Celebrity. We are Elite and enjoyed our extra amenities. Staff was so gracious everywhere. Room steward, Elise was very attentive to our needs.
Lewis, cruise director was very personable and approachable.
Cabin was spacious and met our needs. Bathroom had good counter space. Shower had a curtain but did not press against the body while showering. ...
Ship: The infinity is a beautiful ship even though she is an older ship. Kept in great shape and was very clean always. Great Captain too.
Embarkation and disembarkation went very well. We were actually the first passengers on the ship due to wheel chair assistance boarding. Did not need wheel chair on the way off.
Dining was really good. I totally recommend La petite Chef at Cuisine ...
This is our second Celebrity cruise but we have sailed about 20 times overall. And we now truly love Celebrity. The only similar level of Guest Service is when we have sailed with Disney. We had two of our sones get married this fall and needed to "Skip Christmas" this year. We were unexpectedly upgraded to a suite and LOVED it!....maybe too much.
We live outside of Orlando and drove down ...
We booked this cruise 2 weeks before we sailed for a Christmas trip. We live in Florida so driving to port is a breeze. We have not been on a ship this small in a long time as we usually do any new RCI or Celebrity ship that is sailing. We were pleasantly surprised with this ship. The crew is amazing, the friendliest we have ever encountered. The carpets are new throughout and the ship is ...
After many cruises on Royal Caribbean and 2 on Carnival, we finally tried Celebrity. Our cruise was in December, 2019 4 nights from Miami visiting Key West and Nassau. The itinerary was perfect. We had full days in both ports with many excursions available. We stayed in the Aqua class and dined in the BLU dining room every night.
The staff on the ship were extremely helpful and friendly. ...
First time on Celebrity. Great price. Moved our Diamond status on RCCL to Elite on Celebrity. While the new benefits were so-so, the experience was extensive. I should also say that our Elite status got us to experience Sail away on the helipad, which is accessible only through crew areas. GREAT BEGGING!
Major pluses - food (ice cream, gelato, breads, steaks, soups, variety in OVC aka ...
We are experienced cruisers and have cruised on many various cruise lines over the years.
That said, we want to congratulate Celebrity on a great experience on Infinity recently.
We planned a trip to visit Europe and decided to take the Celebrity Infinity back to Miami.
The ship is scheduled for refurbishment next year and does show signs of age and the Wi-Fi system is terrible however, ...
We were looking for a longer cruise, and the possibility of a Trans-Atlantic and Europe (a first for me, not my Honey). We tend to look at Celebrity first for the balance and class - I can get a waterslide anywhere.
We spent 3 days in Rome prior to departure, and actually enjoyed walking 20 miles (really!) to tour the city. We were very lucky and happy with our Airbnb rental and the location. ...
The ship, although old, had a classics feel to it. Loved the way the Oceanview Café’s food stations are broken up, thus reducing congestion. The food there and in the main dining room was excellent. Probably the best we ever had on a ship. The specialty restaurants were not frequented well probably because of that.
Clearing the tables in the Oceanview is something they need to work on. ...
