A poorly maintained understaffed ship

Most of critique is placed under cabin. We liked some features of this ship, but in general did not like it and will not return. The least of it was the heavily accented personnel with limited English who manned the telephones in CUSTOMER SERVICE!! The sea days were good but we have grown to expect more than one lecturer and some stimulating topics. We greatly enjoyed learning about emeralds ...

Good price for an itinerary we always wanted to take. First the positives. 1. Room steward was outstanding. Room was always ready and he was very friendly. 2. High marks to the activities staff. Never again on this cruise line!

We chose this cruise because of the itinerary and Cruise Line. The Canal was underwhelming since it was impossible to hear the transit narration over the PA system and therefore we missed the history and tidbits concerning the old vs new canal. Celebrity has run this route for years yet still has opening day problems on simple issues. Many times it looked like the previous transit crew had been ...

My husband and I were so excited to take our first Celebrity cruise. We have been on Royal Caribbean, Norwegian and Holland America. We kept hearing that Celebrity was the "premier in luxury" and we were SO DISAPPOINTED!!! Dining Room: Service slow Food mediocre and cold Management chaotic We had a reservation, showed up 5 minutes early, waited for 30 minutes, when finally seated ...
