1. the staff were wonderful especially Angelyn, Leo, Gerald & Christanto!!
2. The ship is beautiful, especially the atrium & the main dining room. Alot of thought went into the decor & it look’s expensive.
3. our bed was so comfortable & the room was really nice. I know alot moaned that it was tired & due a refurb but we didn’t notice.

Good points:
- Good selection of food in the buffet restaurant and at lunchtime in the Epernay restaurant.
- Some of the music in the bars - especially The Storytellers.
- The Martini bar and its staff - hugely entertaining and friendly.

This is the first ship to get the full refurbishment (a massive overhaul after 2 more voyages.) It shows. The were many broken and "slapped together" fixes in the staterooms and around the ship. Broken fixtures, wobbly furniture, poor mattresses, stains, puddles... The skylight over the Cosmos Lounge had a tarp over it - probably from leaks they were giving up on repairing.
