I chose the cruise for the itinerary— mainly, the Greek islands and Naples.
The Edge was an amazing ship with so many dining options to choose from!
Captain Tasos’ morning announcements and participation in the crew vs passengers pool volleyball game was entertaining.
Speaking of entertaining, the music performances of Uptown were fabulous and fun with audience interaction!

This cruise was enjoyable, particularly as not full with only 2200 guests. We were on the silhouette in 2018 and at capacity it was unpleasantly full in the ocean view restaurant and around the ship. All staff were very friendly as usual and the senior team were more visible. Embarkation was challenging as the long queues were very slow moving. Disembarkation was much easier. The main ...
This was a fantastic cruise! The ship wasn't full, so no crowds anywhere. We were greeted like royalty by the grateful and incredibly friendly staff. We never sprang for specialty dining, as the regular food was superb. The nightly entertainment was all wonderful. I loved the itinerary. Portofino was beautiful, Corsica had Napoleon history and Cannes had film history, Barcelona Wow!! La Sagrada ...
This was our 2nd celebrity cruise after being on the Edge pre Covid.
It didn't dissapoint. The staff were amazing, the ship is perfectly put together & the food, activities were excellent.
At approx 1/3rd capacity - we were a bit spoilt with the ship being not busy. However, when we were on the Edge, that was very full & it never felt too crazy. The beauty of Celebrity is that they want a ...
Sailed on 9 night cruise out of Barcelona to Rome on June 4th. This was our fourth Celebrity Cruise and about 10th overall. There is just something different and special about Celebrity. And the Beyond takes it up another notch. Stayed in a Sky Suite which gives access to the Retreat. If you can swing the Retreat, it is worth every penny. Embarkation was easy and we were walked on board to ...
We have sailed Celebrity just once (but have sailed with various other lines) and much prefer X. We were so ready after working all through the pandemic (not WFH) and we were, on the whole, not disappointed.
Veranda cabin (deck 6) was great, but both felt there was a lack of storage, particularly drawers. Meticulously looked after by our cabin steward.
MDR - tables for two are hard to come ...
We chose this cruise to celebrate two milestone birthdays with our family, all of whom are experienced cruisers and were expecting Celebrity to sit in a sweet spot between some of the more mainstream cruise lines and the more expensive luxury sector of the market. It's clear from a branding and marketing point of view that Celebrity aspires to hold this position within the RCCL group and within ...
Things did not start well. Pre cruise customer service is terrible and pushed me to resenting Celebrity before I even stepped on board. This was my first cruise with Celebrity and at that point it was going to be my last, however my onboard experience certainly changed my mind.
Embarkation at Southampton was a breeze and we were checked in and on board within half hour (if that). Walking ...
Did more ships from Celebrity! Also with the grand old lady "Conny". Top.
But the Apex was in one word "Fantastic".
Tips: Have a drink on the carpet!
