Amazing trip!

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Celebrity Equinox

From the minute we stepped on board we felt welcome with a smiling and happy crew! Taken to our lunch spot, Luminae where we were also welcomed with smiles and a feeling of "feeling like home". Our staff Rosebud, Elvira, Natalia were just wonderful and we felt sad when we left 12 days later:( The ship is in need of a little TLC but nothing that bothered us at all. We were upgraded (not free) so we ...

We recently returned from an 11 day Caribbean Cruise with ports of call in Costa Rica, Panama, Cartagena, Columbia , Grand Cayman and Cozumel, Mexico. We sailed out of Ft Lauderdale, Florida. This was our 5th cruise but the first on Celebrity. Celebrity is by far the best cruise line we have sailed and that sentiment was shared by everyone we met on board. Some people had been on 25 plus ...

We chose this itinerary as we had never been to Panama, Costa Rica or Cartagena and all 3 of those ports did not disappoint. We took Celebrity's Panama Canal excursion which was a real highlight for us...a once in a lifetime experience! There were a few issues with the timing of our canal transit (which is beyond Celebrity's control), and in my opinion Celebrity handled it very well. In ...

Cruising like I remembered

My wife and I are frequent cruisers and have noticed a general decline from the luxury experience it was when we started to a much more ordinary experience across the industry. Our faith has been renewed. From the time we entered our stateroom, we could tell that things were definitely not going to be ordinary on this cruise. The ship as a whole was of the period where everywhere you turn, the ...

We chose this itinerary because of the ports of call. Costa Rica, Panama, Cartegena, Columbia, Grand Cayman, and Cozumel. Embarkation was easy, quick and smooth. The ship is very clean. The staff very friendly. We did 6 specialty restaurants, which all were great. Best entertainment we ever had on a Celebrity Ship. Some of the ports were new to us, so we weren't sure of what to expect. We ...

Excellent! Miami interesting sites but just too busy! Embarkation and disembarkation very smooth and a quick process. Cabin attendant Neves an excellent ambassador for Celebrity cruises - he was always helpful, firendly, knowleadgeable and available when needed. Cabin size was very good for three adults after the crowded cabin especially at night in the Infinity with a previous ...

We were looking for an upscale 11 day cruise with a mix of sea days and port stops, and this cruise fit our needs perfectly. The ship is in excellent condition, super clean and easy to navigate around. Its a large ship that doesn't feel too big. Every crew member that we met were nice and extremely helpful. This is our 9th cruise overall ( previously sailed with Carnival, Royal Caribbean, ...

Best Cruise So Far

We chose this cruise because we wanted a longer cruise, and because it went to Cartagena, Columbia in South America, a place we had never been. We like to enjoy warmer weather since we're northerners, so the Caribbean is always a great place to do that during our weather. Celebrity is a very good cruise line and our favorite so far. We were very pleased with almost every aspect of this cruise and ...

Just got off the Equinox yesterday. Was on the 11 day cruise to Costa Rica, Panama, Cartagena, Caymen Islands and Cozumel. Beautiful ship. Especially liked the library which was right near our stateroom #1227 Concierge class. Don't know if I would go concierge class again though. Didn't take advantage of the concierge and as nice as having the little bites as I called them in the afternoon, ...
