We chose this cruise because a friend recommended it and said it was her favorite cruise line. The itinerary was great and the ship was very clean and the staff extremely friendly. On the negative side, a room that was advertised as having "partial obstruction" really was understating the obstruction. We made the best of it and enjoyed room service breakfast on the balcony, trying not to look ...
This was our third cruise on celebrity... we are new to cruising and have only cruised with Celebrity.... Getting on and off our cruise was quick and efficient..... we had cabin #8295 it was great... Dining was delicious and had the greatest wait staff every night... Arsapha-Allan were the best!!!!! Service everywhere on the ship was very good... Love Celebrity!!! I will say we found the food ...
We were looking for an upscale 11 day cruise with a mix of sea days and port stops, and this cruise fit our needs perfectly. The ship is in excellent condition, super clean and easy to navigate around. Its a large ship that doesn't feel too big. Every crew member that we met were nice and extremely helpful. This is our 9th cruise overall ( previously sailed with Carnival, Royal Caribbean, ...
We chose this cruise because we wanted a longer cruise, and because it went to Cartagena, Columbia in South America, a place we had never been. We like to enjoy warmer weather since we're northerners, so the Caribbean is always a great place to do that during our weather. Celebrity is a very good cruise line and our favorite so far. We were very pleased with almost every aspect of this cruise and ...
Just got off the Equinox yesterday. Was on the 11 day cruise to Costa Rica, Panama, Cartagena, Caymen Islands and Cozumel. Beautiful ship. Especially liked the library which was right near our stateroom #1227 Concierge class. Don't know if I would go concierge class again though. Didn't take advantage of the concierge and as nice as having the little bites as I called them in the afternoon, ...
We are Elite cruisers on Celebrity but had never been on the Equinox. It turned out to be one of our favorite cruise ships and one of our favorite cruises. We overnighted in Ft Lauderdale and did not arrive at the terminal until 12:30. Embarkation was flawless and we we on the ship in less than 30 minutes.Having been on other Solstice class ships many times previously, nothing stood out initially. ...
I think the most remarkable thing about this cruise was the friendliness and openness of my fellow passengers! We enjoyed almost of our meals sharing light conversation with others. The cruise director, John, was excellent. Cool and not in your face.
Food was okay by me and my husband, but we could be NY snobs as far as food is concerned - and also our last cruise was on Oceania - Riviera ...
We were refugees from a Summit cruise that was chartered out from under us. This was an itinerary we liked for a few new ports - and that was the highlight of our cruise. The sea days were nicely spaced out and overall, we had a great time. Just didn't have a memorable meal the entire time - nothing was really bad, but nothing was especially great either. The entertainment was better than we ...
We had been on this same 11 day cruise on the Equinox last year in the reverse direction and had enjoyed it greatly. This cruise, however, exceeded that one largely because of superior entertainment.
The cruise director, John Grantham of Oxford, MS, is our favorite. He does not try to be cutesy and is very personable and always willing to talk to passengers. His booming but soothing voice ...
Loved this ship and Celebrity!! Excellent cruise and our inside stateroom 1100 next to library was perfect! All aspects of cruise were top notch. We enjoyed Cartagena and went on a tour thru Marivel.arranged thru this site. Best ever!! We also did the Monkey Watch in Panama. Saw lots of monkeys!! In Cozumel, went to Mr Santos and would recommend if one has had their fill of pyramids and ...
