Concierge Class (C2) Cabin Reviews

Clean modern and comfortable. Komong was wonderful and attentive. Wish they still had foot stools and larger table on balcony.

I loved our room aft on deck 10. Perfect for two with great storage. Drawers and closet space adequate. We did not care for the upgraded bath amenities that the concierge class received. Bigelow. Terrible shampoo and conditioner. The bathroom itself was a great size and the shower had a glass door. The light switches in the room seem to be frustrating to work but they did work eventually. The greatest part was our room steward, Budi, he was fabulous kept our room amazing and was a very nice person. I'd say he was one of the top three highlights of our cruise. The pillow menu was one of my fav perks. Body pillow was all I ever dreamed of. location was also fairly quiet we never heard any noise from neighbors. Read Less

We booked this cruise last year in order to get a room to accommodate 4 people with a larger balcony - in our case this was stateroom 9237 which is Concierge Class and in a perfect location just steps away from the main atrium elevators with a large balcony (must've been 13-15 feet deep and about 7 feet wide - it would fit two loungers and two chairs without issue - we had one lounger, 2 chairs and a table). Rooms aren't advertised as having large balconies on Celebrity ships so do your homework. Those on the sides of the "humps" on the ship are larger. The room was comfortable and had enough storage for the 4 of us to unpack. Unfortunately the Equinox revolutionizing was shortened due to a crane accident in Nassau that diverted them to dry dock in Spain, but the carpets, bedding and drapes are new, as is the TV (not that we turned it on the entire vacation, but looks lovely!). Having been part of many FB groups where the "is Concierge Class worth it?" debate constantly arises - to that I state that its less about being Concierge Class and any perks and more about what you want in your stateroom. We wanted a larger balcony - this just happened to be found in CC. We weren't interested in any of the other perks really. Read Less
