Overall, it was a great cruise. There were some deficiencies in that the dining room food was good but not very good. The dessert menu was definitely lacking. There were same 4 choices every day with 1 or 2 lack luster choices added every day. There was only 1 dessert that was so good that I would have to ban it from my kitchen!! Let me start off by saying my wife and I had a wonderful time aboard the ship and the tours we took. The room stewards were excellent, dining room staff the best!
The room, but small was always clean and comfortable. The food in the main dining room was pretty good, nice selection and always properly prepared. The buffet had a very nice selection of dishes and nicely prepared.

Traveled with a group of 8. We arrived in Athens late in the afternoon and the embarkation was very easy. The shuttle provided by the cruise line (not free) was very convenient and much easier than trying to find a cab. The driver was waiting when we arrived and left immediately to take us to the ship. The Crew made the difference on this Cruise. Hazel, August and Sundep in the MDR were terrific. This 13 night Cruise out of Athens was a blast. Sister and brother in law from the U.K. flew in and joined us and made it a fun time.

We chose this cruise because of the Itinerary, all across the Mediterranean, starting in Istanbul and finishing in Barcelona.
