Beautifully decorated. The bed was huge and soooo comfortable, pillows were fabulous and I heard that a lot of people were buying them for home and wish now that I had got details, they really were so very comfy. Bathroom was reasonable size and had everything we needed. There was an easy to use control panel for balcony blind, lights, air conditioning etc., which us old fogeys managed very well with. Will I be back on the Edge. Not sure, but if I could afford it I'd jump at the chance Read Less

Cabin was extremely disappointing. We booked a Concierge balcony suite and it was really an infinite verandah room. In fact, most of the rooms on Edge are infinite verandas. The "balcony" was extremely small, the door was folding glass door and there was a window that came down. If you put the window down the whole cabin heated up and humidity came on the walls (we had warm to hot weather all cruise). You could not sit on the balcony with the glass folding doors closed - it was tiny and claustrophobic. The drop down window was regularly locked by the captain for cleaning. As one other reviewer stated, booked a Concierge Balcony and got an ocean view with a window. The room was exactly the same size as an infinite verandah room so all you pay extra for is the service. Most of the cabins on Edge are infinite verandas whether you book Concierge or Aqua Class. Part of our enjoyment of cruising is to be able to sit on our own balcony outside of the cabin, enjoy the fresh air and view. The Edge infinite verandah cabins did not meet this criteria. It was uncomfortable and we were forced to use public areas more than I have had to do on other cruises. The only option to get a traditional balcony room is to book a suite at a much greater cost. Please Celebrity bring back more traditional balcony rooms as well as the infinite verandah which does have its place but not for enjoying a balcony experience. Read Less

Great experience : Cabin 10126
The layout was good. The shower was good sized. The bed was comfortable. TV new and large. Loved the infinity balcony concept. Our cabin steward was attentive.

The infinite balcony configuration in our cabin was such that only about one foot of space separated the bed from the French doors, which required that the doors be left open at all times. And given the narrowness of the balcony, the balcony furniture had to be pulled away from the window so that the descending blind wouldn’t hit it. Then the furniture had to be pushed back into the balcony so that I could get into the bed. The blind design itself was poor in that whenever we wanted privacy while in port, we had to close it, which blacked out the cabin. Didn’t your designers think about utilizing a sheer in addition to the blind to give privacy but allow in light? We were particularly angered by the fact that all your brochures show a completely different configuration for infinite balcony cabins, one where the bed placement provided plenty of room. We were never informed that the cabin we booked was configured differently. About five minutes after first entering our cabin, we realized that the “infinite” balcony is nothing more than a glorified picture window so that the cabin is no different from an ocean view cabin except that the window opens half way. Cabin was ok. Closet doors have no handles and are hard to pry open. Window was large and offered good views. The bathroom was nice with a glass shower door.
