This was our fifth cruise on Celebrity and our third on the Equinox. We both agreed that the quality of service , the quality of food, and the cleanliness has gone somewhat downhill.
The customer service staff seemed disinterested and stern. Even the Future Cruise representative was lackluster. She did make me want to book a future cruise on the ship.

This is our 47th cruise..the third or fourth time on the Celebrity Ecplise. Absolutely the worst room Stewart we ever had...our cabin was never cleaned until 1pm or later..every time we wanted to use the veranda he was washing it down. We chose this cruise for the great itinerary, which was perfect. Our disappointment lies with the ship itself and the entertainment outside of the evening shows. The evening shows were pretty good. I have been on Celebrity twice before, so I was looking for a similar top quality experience. I didn't get it.
Cabin- where is the storage space, especially important for a two week cruise? Where is the closet shelf? Where are the drawers in the bedside stand? We had to live out of our suitcase, a disappointment.

The ship is beautiful and staff friendly. The food was average to mediocre. The buffet looked great but most food items were disappointing. Salmon was poor quality.Eggs tasteless.Breads tasteless. Poor desserts but wonderful ice cream.
