We chose this cruise mostly for the itinerary. Boston and NYC did not disappoint. The approach and sailaway from Mid-Town Manhattan were spectacular. Bermuda and Nassau were less wonderful.

Celebrity Eclipse Cruise Critic Review TA October 29-November 13
We had an excellent cruise. The ship travelled the North Atlantic route so from Southhampton to Boston was rocky with decks closed several days. Surprisingly the rocky travel continued to Bermuda and beyond. We wonder if the Captain was traveling the shortest route to conserve fuel regardless of passenger comfort.

Cabin was great.
Dining was excellent. Had great wait staff who were very efficient and friendly. After the first night, they had our drinks waiting for us when we arrived. Food arrived hot and very quick.

Ship: embarkation was smooth & fuss free at Southampton. The crossing was made effortless being on the Eclipse. The most spacious ship we've encountered & beautiful too. Plenty of activities as well as bracing walks up on deck or relaxing in a hammock or lounger around the pool outdoors or in the 'Aquarium' as we called it - the solarium/ indoor pool.
