I have done the Alaskan cruise 6 times and this was the worst. Holland America beats Celebrity hands down in every category. Here we go: the coffee was awful. We sailed from Vancouver on August 27, and as other reviews have mentioned, the embarkation process is a complete mess. With 3 ships in port there was upwards of 7,000 passengers all snaking thru the same line and it took us almost 2 hours to board. Someone definitely needs to look at this process. Unfortunately the official survey sent by the cruise line focused mostly on the staff, but I have a few other things to mention.
