Very very small ship needs a huge update. Hopefully they will fix the issues cleansing and update disability Lyft to work.

A Tale of Two Cruises (long, detailed, log style review)
"At noon we walked through the Oceanview and discovered they had a pan-seared fish as well as a carved top round, so after stopping back at our cabin and checking the dining room lunch menu, we went back to the Oceanview for lunch. We sat with a couple who were on a back-to-back and they told us of their Celebrity provided “Trip to the mall” to keep them occupied as no one was allowed to remain on board for the “Deep clean...."Read More

It was an OK cruise, I would cruise again

Overall it was a pleasant cruise. I would go on Constellation again. It is not a huge ship, which for us is a plus. We are happy to give up some of the things that a huge ship has, like more extra cost dining locations and extra bars for a cozier environment. The biggest problem was that the cabin steward locked my wife on the veranda while he was cleaning the cabin. Luckily, she had a ...

1. The ship overall was fine. It needs refurbishment and it is going on dry dock for a couple of weeks in Italy in February. They know it needs attention. Our suite in particular was not worth the extra money except for the larger balcony. The vents in the bathroom were full of fuzz, the furniture was somewhat damaged, in general not a positive experience and particularly not worth the ...

Wavering on continued cruising with Celebrity

We chose this cruise for the destinations, previous experience with Celebrity, the embarkation port. This was our fourth cruise with Celebrity and we have two more that were booked before this cruise. We were disappointed with Celebrity but the Tampa Port was very efficient for us and the key destinations were as good or better than expected. Celebrity staff continue to provide a great cruise ...

A good cruise but

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Celebrity Constellation

At her launch in 2002 Celebrity Constellation held 1,900 passengers. We left Tampa on March 6th with 2172 passengers. As you can imagine that means space is at a premium in elevators, poolside, in restaurants and just about everything else. To make things even a bit worse it is woefully undermanned. On our first night out Main Dining had major backups in the kitchen. No longer do we have ...

Great crew, corporate felt like nickel and dimeing us

We had a great experience on Celebrity a few years back, so with the south western itinerary offered, it was a good choice. Our dissatisfaction is not with the crew who were all great. Some even exceptional, especially in the dining room. Our disappointments were with the "all included" package being so restricted and upgrades so expensive. Start with the internet. You can't Skype the grandkids ...

Overall, I would say this was an underwhelming cruise. Our departure was a mess with the ship being delayed into port with fog. They bused us to a mall to wait with no communication as to when we could look to get onboard. We were walking around a mall for 8 hrs., then we got on a bus, they made us get off the bus, the buses left, then returned 90 min later. It was 8pm at night when we finally got ...

We are in our 60;s and pretty active. We opted for this cruise as the itinerary was far more interesting then the usual carribean . It included the Caymans, Cartegena, Panama, Costa Rica , Cozumel. I would have really appreciated 1 more port such as Belize or Havana (guess not possible) Have always loved Celebrity and the combination of tradition and value, especially on the millennium class ...

Having had a lovely cruise in Sept aboard the Millenium we were looking forward to this B2B in the Caribbean. There was a bit of confusion at the port with times not being well marked until port personnel started calling by entry time. After that a breeze, we were in our cabin 28 minutes from Uber drop off. Our cabin changed from deck 7 as we had anticipated, we were placed in a lovely cabin on ...

We just got in and I wanted to write my review while my thoughts were fresh. This was the first time cruising with Celebrity, however we have done 15 cruises in the last 8 years with Princess, NCL, Royal, and Holland. We arrived at the ship around 11:30 and were onboard by 12:30 and at the buffet. Nice selection and things went well. The ship left on time for Grand Cayman. Rough day at sea and ...
