This is nearly an 8,000 word log/review. If you just want the summary, scroll down to the bottom! Celebrity Constellation 3-17-23 Friday, March 17 – St Patrick’s day & embarkation at Port of Tampa: The day before embarkation we received ‘urgent messages’ that embarkation would be delayed until 12:00 due to Norovirus on the prior cruise. So, our 11:00 assigned time became 12:00. Not ...

We chose this cruise because of it's overnight stop in Cartagena Columbia, it was one place we had not been to. The stops were, Leaving Tampa, FL, Key West, FL, Cartagena Columbia/Overnight, Colon, Panama, Limon, Costa Rica, and Cozumel. We were the only vessel in Key West, so we were at Mallory square. The busiest port was Cozumel, their were 3 vessels at our dock near Margaritaville, and ...

An old, but very nice and comfortable, ship

We chose this cruise because it departs from Tampa. The day of embarkation was hectic; fog closed the port for 8 hours, so we could not board until 6 PM. Once onboard, the ship left as quickly as possible and we were underway by 8:15 or so. We lost no port time due to late embarkation. The ship, though old, is clean and comfortable. Food upstairs by the pool is delicious, as is the food in the ...

This was the first time on Celebrity. We usually cruise on Royal Caribbean. It is always great to cruise! We cruised this time because our Tour Planner got us a great price. We both enjoyed everything on the cruise. We used the ship excursions because of Covid although we discovered that we could have gone on our own. The only area that we were dissatisfied was the evening theater entertainment. ...

Never having cruised before, I chose this cruise for the itinerary and the positive reviews of Celebrity that I had read. On the whole I enjoyed it but there were some negative points too. Below is a summary of our views: GOOD: -Staff on the whole worked very hard and were friendly and courteous. Our cabin attendant, Barbara was delightful and couldn't do enough for us. Alex (Concierge ...

This was our first time cruising with Celebrity. We have cruised on Disney twice before and Holland once. We had an Aqua Class cabin - 1133 (large veranda). The view from the room was great, but the boat rocked quite a bit. My only compliant was the veranda door would not stay open or shut when you were outside - it banged back and forth due to boat rocking. Room was noisy at night - I ...

We flew in 2 days early to enjoy Fort Lauderdale. Stayed at the Hilton Marina and was convenient for water taxi's and our annual trip to Coconuts for dinner! The morning of our cruise we had a flash storm at 7am that we got to watch sweep across the intercoastal waterway from our 8th floor balcony. The power was shut down at the port so previous cruisers were late in leaving. After about a 15 ...

This was our second short cruise on the Constellation and we were also on her sister ship, the Summit in late July. The last two trips we booked a Sky Suite and it is well worth the extra expense. The rooms are a little larger than the balcony staterooms but Luminae Restaurant is a wonderful addition given to suite occupants, along with access to Michael's Lounge. Embarkation was a breeze for ...

Short cruise from Ft Lauderdale to KW, Nassau. Booked in Aqua Class, which provides larger cabins on upper decks, and access to special restaurant, Blu. Overall very good experience..the ship is beautiful, and has an intimate feeling. Aqua class cabins were recently refurbished and had modern feel and sense of privacy. Entertainment was excellent. Kudos to the ships dance company which put ...
