At her launch in 2002 Celebrity Constellation held 1,900 passengers. We left Tampa on March 6th with 2172 passengers. As you can imagine that means space is at a premium in elevators, poolside, in restaurants and just about everything else. To make things even a bit worse it is woefully undermanned.

First, Cruise Critic does not have an explanation of what the rating bubbles mean. I am assuming that 3 means good.
We enjoyed the cruise and would go on another Constellation cruise assuming the quality does not drop lower (the food quality on this cruise was lower than the food quality on summer cruise on Summit), and the price were reasonable.

Overall, I would say this was an underwhelming cruise. Our departure was a mess with the ship being delayed into port with fog. They bused us to a mall to wait with no communication as to when we could look to get onboard.
