Very very small ship needs a huge update. Hopefully they will fix the issues cleansing and update disability Lyft to work.

Just Plain Horrible

Review for a Caribbean - Eastern Cruise on Celebrity Constellation

Food was horrible. First morning we went to sit down breakfast. Ordered eggs, bacon, toast and oj. Only thing edible was toast and it was cold, bacon was so salty it was awful. Next morning ate in buffet upstairs. Worse, how do screw up scrambled eggs? Next morning tried the omelet station. These people don't have a clue. Only good meal we had was when we ate at the oceanliners restaurant. Enough ...

Good food, beautiful ship lacking in maintenance, heavy handed crew tactics

Fourth time, at least, on this ship. Good food, warm very pleasant pools which were dirty, beautiful ship in need of maintenance. Cabin lovely, spacious as ever. Security and guest relations staff downright creepy. They confiscated radios which belong to my family, despite having no cause to do so as they were not on the prohibited item list. They made false allegations of causing interference, ...

We booked an Aqua Class stateroom that was supposed to have an unobstructed view. The entire cruise we viewed this huge metal item that should have moved to clean windows, but never moved once. So every scenery picture has this big metal object. We might as well paid less and had a balcony with a lifeboat in from of it. Waste of money for us to have paid extra for this room. This class ...

Very Disappointing

Review for a Mexican Riviera Cruise on Celebrity Constellation

I'm in this cruise as I write this. What a colossal disappointment. I took this cruise over the Thanksgiving week to try and do something new compared to the traditional family dinner. Mistake. Pros: rooms are more spacious than expected. Very easy embarkation process. Cons: sad to say there are many....too much emphasis on upselling, tips, paying for a little extra. It completely ruins the ...

Extremely poor service from the Celebrity Constellation Guest Services

Review for a Bahamas Cruise on Celebrity Constellation

My husband and I had problems from the moment we boarded the ship. The first two persons we dealt with at the Guest Services desk were okay, nothing to rave or complain about, but we continued to experience problems including: our ship/cabin cards randomly being canceled causing long delays in getting drinks and food; getting locked out of our cabin; not being able to access the safe in our cabin ...

They have removed all the stylish features that made Celebrity so splendid in the past! No barber shop quartet No string quartet No harpist No pianist No card room No cinema Very poor speakers All that is left are the revenue raising talks, auctions, gambling, drinking Celebrity shame on you. You have lowered your standards to worse than awful. And you were once one of ...

Celebrity Constellation Cruise – Turkey, Greece, Croatia – 12 days This cruise was awful. The room was not up-to-date very old décor, most likely just repainted. No entertainment for cruise days, food was the same breakfast, lunch and dinner, tasteless. There was a 24-hour coffee but only one station opened and sometimes the coffee was cold or not made or no milk, cream and cups. Also the ...

This was our 24th cruise. Sailed some time ago on Celebrity and was very pleased. rationale for booking this cruise. BOOKING ONCE PURCHASED: on line web site a nightmare. Each time info submitted 20 minute wait to enter next info. Even staff were frustrated. Almost canceled because of this.Clearly, should have. EMBARKATION: Agents new. required assistance repeatedly. One agent started that ...

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Celebrity Constellation

There are many reviews of the March 7th 5-night cruise to the Western Caribbean. None overstate the bitter disappointment of this voyage. Imagine Girls Gone Wild merged with Animal House and you have an approximation of what the experience entailed. Imagine--maybe don't imagine--proceeding to the elevator on Deck 9 and discovering a young woman on her knees spewing vomit. Imagine being awakened ...

Beware Celebrity Cruises

This was the fourth time I have taken a cruise, and will be the last (at least on Celebrity). Celebrity, like many corporations, seems to be focused on only one thing: maximizing profits at any expense. My wife and I are middle-aged and we tried Celebrity for the first time in March. Little did we know that they were marketing their all inclusive beverage package to college-aged students. ...
