1. The ship overall was fine. It needs refurbishment and it is going on dry dock for a couple of weeks in Italy in February. They know it needs attention. Concierge at michael's club was awesome. The food and service at Luminae were off the charts. The Panama canal transit tour was great. Cartagena was a beautiful place and loved it. We chose this cruise because of it's overnight stop in Cartagena Columbia, it was one place we had not been to. At her launch in 2002 Celebrity Constellation held 1,900 passengers. We left Tampa on March 6th with 2172 passengers. We had a great experience on Celebrity a few years back, so with the south western itinerary offered, it was a good choice. Our dissatisfaction is not with the crew who were all great.
