Very very small ship needs a huge update. Hopefully they will fix the issues cleansing and update disability Lyft to work.

Contrary to reputation of the food quality

Review for a Transatlantic Cruise on Celebrity Constellation

The food in the dining room at times was inedible. The chef of 32-years with Celebrity did a presentation of the secrets of pastry making was charismatic but disclosed that he has overseen movement to buy some goods rather than utilize kitchen staff to make common dishes. Unfortunately this decision has destroyed the reputation for the quality of food on the Celebrity Cruise Line which is one of ...

This is our 5th T/A crossing and it was one we could without. Some people like this ship but to us it was old and dark, I mean that literally. Half the lights in main dining were out and never came on for the whole cruise. Also if you were seated on the second level your food was cold most of the time. Forget about getting someone to clean the mold in the shower and the cabin attendant forgot to ...

What a great itinerary and ship

Just prior to the cruise I read some reviews about the ship that made me a little nervous about the experience I was about to have. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised! The food was amazing and the service was great! It might be an older ship but they have definitely kept up with maintenance. I loved the small feel of the ship. The cheese selection in the Oceanview Cafe was amazing, not ...

20+ cruises under ourbelt We sailed the Constellation out of Venice Oops Ravenna 3 hour bus ride from Venice was comfortable however not convenient. We knew this up front. Transportation from Venice was very unorganized making passengers stand in the rain for 90 min because busses were late and unorganized. Check in was perfect once we arrived at the port Great process The ...

A solid, however not spectacular cruise experience

Overall the cruise was a solid 7/10. Not at par with some other cruises I have been on but it was ok overall. Not sure if this is reflective of the 'Celebrity experience' as this was our only cruise ever with them. I didn't see a great difference. The main dining room experience was average from a food quality experience. Not as good as prior cruises on Norwegian, Royal Caribbean and Carnival. ...

The wife and I recently returned from back to back cruises on the Celebrity Constellation. Departing from Ravenna, Italy the first leg sailed to Greece with a stop in Turkey. The second leg we visited Italy and Croatia. We are experience cruisers having been on more than a couple of dozen cruises and Celebrity being our line of choice. However we were quite apprehensive due to the recent ...

(French below) My partner and I, part of an organized group (Voyage Louise Drouin) of 20 travelers, really enjoyed our first cruise aboard a Celebrity ship. Everything was perfect: excellent and abundant food, varied and clean common areas. Top-of-the-line service. Note that nothing is offered in French on board (unilingual English in all communications and activities), which can certainly ...

Celebrity is losing it’s sparkle

The Constellation would be great for first time cruisers but repeat guests will notice the changes, cutbacks, price hikes and doubling of the cost of cruises. All effort now appears to be directed to the new Edge class ships which are fabulous but the rest of the fleet are being left behind. We cruised on the Constellation in January and again in September/ October 2023 but have cancelled ...

We have sailed with Celebrity before and had high expectations. The ship looked good on 1st impression. Plus: Attentive and hardworking despite so few. Smart clean lounges Good sized balcony Goods customer service staff. Pleasant coffee lounge with cakes Easy embarkation Minus: Old accessible mini-van with very poor suspension collected us from airport to Ravenna. ...

Do not book this ship if you travel Aqua Class

In 18 years of cruising this was the worst cabin location we have ever encountered. Aqua cabins are located immediately below the Sauna/Solarium which entails being woken at 7 am each morning by furniture, etc being dragged across the deck above. In addition the balconies on these cabins are entirely devoid of direct sunshine due to the very ugly and huge overhang of the deck above. We have ...
