Very very small ship needs a huge update. Hopefully they will fix the issues cleansing and update disability Lyft to work.

An old, but very nice and comfortable, ship

We chose this cruise because it departs from Tampa. The day of embarkation was hectic; fog closed the port for 8 hours, so we could not board until 6 PM. Once onboard, the ship left as quickly as possible and we were underway by 8:15 or so. We lost no port time due to late embarkation. The ship, though old, is clean and comfortable. Food upstairs by the pool is delicious, as is the food in the ...

I moved to Florida in 2021. My first January, the temps were freezing so I promised myself a cruise for January/February 2023. Celebrity was having a sale for no solo supplement and Tampa is driving distance for me, so I booked. I was excited to see Panama and revisit Costa Rica. Embarkation was extremely fast. I used the valet service to park my car. That was very quick. I walked into the ...

Good, Not Great Cruise

First, Cruise Critic does not have an explanation of what the rating bubbles mean. I am assuming that 3 means good. We enjoyed the cruise and would go on another Constellation cruise assuming the quality does not drop lower (the food quality on this cruise was lower than the food quality on summer cruise on Summit), and the price were reasonable. The service was great everywhere on the ship ...

Not What We Had Hoped For!!!

Overall, I would say this was an underwhelming cruise. Our departure was a mess with the ship being delayed into port with fog. They bused us to a mall to wait with no communication as to when we could look to get onboard. We were walking around a mall for 8 hrs., then we got on a bus, they made us get off the bus, the buses left, then returned 90 min later. It was 8pm at night when we finally got ...

This was the 9th Celebrity cruise for me; the 2nd on the Constellation. My first experience with cruising was with Celebrity on a Mediterranean with my mother in September 2004. I was so impressed with the level of service, food quality/presentation and the entertainment that I encouraged my husband to go with me on a Eastern Caribbean with Celebrity on the Millennium in 2007. He was hooked! We ...

Chose this cruise for the itinerary Ship was old. Took 3 hours to board packed like sardines in the heat Had a cabin for three. ( one person could not go S she was sick). I booked this cruise as a 75th birthday gift for my husband and from start to end it has been a disaster. 1. Bathroom - mold and dirty 2. MDR - food cold, uncooked or burnt. Service was poor. 3. Standing water in Balcony -swept from the 10 floor. 4. SPA - standing water and dirty towels in the Persian Garden. Also they took our robes with my sunglasses. Lost my sunglasses. 5. ...

Worst cruise ever!

We have sailed on multiple ships but never Celebrity. We had heard such good things about their ships and service that we were excited to choose it to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. This was a very big mistake. The ship is very old and has not been updated. There were holes on the decks where it had rusted through. The lifeboats had not been tested since 2019, as noted on the side of ...

Celebrity used to be a Great combination of Tradition & Value

We are in our 60;s and pretty active. We opted for this cruise as the itinerary was far more interesting then the usual carribean . It included the Caymans, Cartegena, Panama, Costa Rica , Cozumel. I would have really appreciated 1 more port such as Belize or Havana (guess not possible) Have always loved Celebrity and the combination of tradition and value, especially on the millennium class ...

The crew, including restaurants, bars, people who cleaned our suite, all were extremely friendly and efficient. We loved them! They went out of their way to make us happy and comfortable. The bartenders in the casino immediately learned our drink preferences and made us drinks as soon as they saw us. The wait staff and sommelier in Luminae were amazing, too. They were attentive and ...
