Very very small ship needs a huge update. Hopefully they will fix the issues cleansing and update disability Lyft to work.

Great itinerary

We have done many celebrity cruises and this itinerary was a good one for us. Yes the ship is a bit tired but that did not distract from our enjoyment at all. Cabin was A2 Aquaclass which was fine but we suffered from overhead noise at all times of the day and early mornings, but being under the pool deck what does one expect! Our cabin attendant Robert was fabulous. Dining in Blu was ...

40th wedding anniversary thought it would be a wonderful treat but it was very disappointing ship old, cabin tired in need of refurbishment. Fresh linen everyday but the towels small and grey, bathrobes I’ve seen better in a charity shop. Dinner room San Marco service slow, food good Buffet, chairs were often sunken and need replacing, staff fun, food excellent. Public areas all good ...

Chose cruise because of itinerary and previous pleasant experience with Celebrity. On a positive note - nice cabin, excellent steward and friendly, helpful crew with the exception of shore excursion staff. However from the moment of boarding, incessant pressure to upgrade. Pestered to take out drinks package. If you have drinks package, pressure to upgrade to premium package. Constant ...

Chose tour because never had been to Southeast Asia. Lots of cities. Unfortunately, not much time in each city because of transportation time from ports to cities. Not the cruise's fault. As most people who have cruised know, there's less quality and quantity with every passing year. Maybe because much less money coming from casino, bingo, and jewelry sales. There were very few people doing ...

Good cruise and itinerary but ship looking worn

We chose this cruise as part of a land/cruise package starting in Beijing. Embarkation at Shanghai was the longest we have ever experienced lasting over two hours. Passengers were being put through the priority lines regardless of Captains Club status. Once on board we found that the items we preordered for embarkation had not been delivered. It was a disappointing start to the cruise but things ...

Celebrity Let Down

Went on a far east cruise on the Celebrity Constellation. Firstly, our taxi didn't turn up to take us to the hotel for our overnight stay. When asking anyone from Celebrity Cruises they couldn't help us as they couldn't speak English. (we werent the only ones this happened to) While waiting to check in and board ship in Shanghai, we was shunted from place to place with no where warm to sit. ...

Good itinerary, poor ship

We choose this cruise for the itinerary and it was as good as expected. We enjoyed each port, knowing ahead of time that some were underdeveloped and far away from the city. We did mostly private tours as the ship's appeared limited for more money. The staff were hit and miss. Some, like our waiter in the dining room (Sofyan) and our cabin steward (sorry but name is eluding me), were ...

Booked this cruise for the exciting sounding itinerary. Singapore, Bangkok, Vietnam, Hong Kong and Shanghai. The ship is nearly 20 years old, but in fair condition, and has charm. It was easy to get around, with good lifts, and never felt overcrowded. The Cabin an Outside was a good size and clean and tidy, it had everything we needed but the Linens and towels were old and badly need ...

Liked the itinerary. Best food seemed to be in Blu or Oceanview. The burger in grill by pool is absolutely the worst thing ever!!! Really, Celebrity, how do you mess up a burger so bad??? MDR food was not good. Connie is clean and service in cabin was great. Our cabin, Aqua on deck 9 was quiet and kept spotless. We love Celebrity but prefer the S class ships and can’t wait to try Apex next ...

Good Cruise - But hard sell

We chose this cruise as the weather in the Indian ocean is good at this time of year and the ports of call were new to us. Never having sailed on celebrity before, we had high expectations as it was not a large ship and entertainment reviews were good. The entertainment was good , as were the helpful cheerful crew, however we were disappointed with the food choice in both the main dining and ...
