Disappointing

Review for a Asia Cruise on Celebrity Constellation

Compared to other cruises this ship seems very tired, there were no entertainment staff pushing shows and events and you were left to actively seek out entertainment and shows.I found some of the staff very rude and condescending especially guest services ,the drinks were very hit and miss one good cocktail out of three, they ran out of certain beers very quickly and the best they could do was offer ...

We have chosen this cruise because it was supposedly be a 5.5 stars however we were VERY DISAPPOINTED with Celebrity Constellation!!! 1st day upon our check, the room was dirty, with stains on the chairs. The telephone in our room was so filthy and sticky, that the buttons, as you pushed them down would get stack and not work. Disgusting!!! Our bathroom floor had a leak problem. While we were on a ...

As you are obvoiusly only looking for positive reviews to put on Cruise Critic I won't bother wasting my time describing the couldn't care less attitude of the staff, the drunken neighbours who we were told to put up with and the security staff who never bothered turning up on the penultimate night when this couple started arguing late at night. By this time both my wife and I had been quarantined ...

I chose this cruise because it was a five star modern luxury ship. But in effect it was 3 star at best, it was going in for refit it was understaffed, the service was very poor the food was the same every day. The cabin was old battered, stains on the balocony and the bed had metal sticking out of it which my husband hurt his leg on. I had been looking forward to this 5 star ship as we had ...

Cheap rate for such a beautiful cruise. Excellent cabin service, magnificent meals, well organised day tours, friendly crew, excellent cabin concierge, well mannered and nothing was too much trouble. Great entertainment, easy to navigate ship restaurants and other facilities Enjoyed ourselves immensely and would not hesitate in recommending my friends to participate on one of your cruises. ...

Old, Shabby, and Not Worth the Money Paid

I was looking forward to seeing other UAE islands and my husband paid for upgrades to Aqua Class, what a waste of money! The cabin was small dark and balcony enclosed so you had no sun on it during the day. In fact we asked if we had been given the right grade of cabin only to be told well it is an old ship. We were so disappointed not at all what we were led to believe. We complained ...

A very unsatisfactory experience

This was our first experience of having a cruise. I can honestly say we would never go on another cruise again. The staff were courteous and friendly though and helpful. We were bombarded from day 1 with sales pitches for different restaurants, art auctions, second hand watches and tours. The tours were outrageously priced and EVERYONE we spoke to was dissatisfied with the tours and the cost. ...

We chose this cruise because of the destinations, and because we had sailed Celebrity on one other occasion and it was amazing. Embarking was fine. However once at our room we realized the ship was in very poor shape, and needed either to be refitted or retired. Our balcony was very dirty, rust in all the corners, couldn't see through the glass on the balcony because it was so dirty (this was ...

Review for a Caribbean - All Cruise on Celebrity Constellation

We have cruised several cruise lines, (Royal Carribean, Carnival, Norwegian, etc.)by far, this was the worst cruise ever. The service for our cabin was horrible. Had to look for the cabin attendant several times. 1st only gave us 1 washcloth, 2nd replinished towels with a wet one, had to be told twice to replenish the toiletries! Then the toilet would not flush, although it was repaired. The ...
