Very very small ship needs a huge update. Hopefully they will fix the issues cleansing and update disability Lyft to work.

Extremely nice crew, but…

Review for a Caribbean - Eastern Cruise on Celebrity Constellation

The crew, including restaurants, bars, people who cleaned our suite, all were extremely friendly and efficient. We loved them! They went out of their way to make us happy and comfortable. The bartenders in the casino immediately learned our drink preferences and made us drinks as soon as they saw us. The wait staff and sommelier in Luminae were amazing, too. They were attentive and ...

Sailing from Tampa, arrival to the ship took almost 2 hours to go less than a mile. The embarking process went relatively smoothly albeit somewhat lengthy. Once in our Concierge cabin, despite repeated attempts we were unable to speak with the attendant until late the next afternoon - more than 24 hrs after arrival. (Most of the crew was terrific.) Cabin attendant was unreachable the entire cruise ...

I am a loyal Celebrity cruiser. Started sailing with Celebrity in the late 1990s, traveling with them to Hawaii in 2002, and Alaska 2005. My last criuse (before this one), was on the Celebrity Silhouette in Nov 2019, before the Covid pandemic, and that cruise was perfect. I just returned to cruising last week on the Celebrity Constellation, out of the Tampa port. Sadly to say, but this time ...

Great five days and then Covid hit

Having had a lovely cruise in Sept aboard the Millenium we were looking forward to this B2B in the Caribbean. There was a bit of confusion at the port with times not being well marked until port personnel started calling by entry time. After that a breeze, we were in our cabin 28 minutes from Uber drop off. Our cabin changed from deck 7 as we had anticipated, we were placed in a lovely cabin on ...

Hits and Misses

After a 20 month hiatus, the Connie sails again! After such a long time away, I expected the cruise particulars to be on point and was willing to accept less than perfect service (considering the staff had to be retrained). In actuality, it was the total opposite: Despite having almost 2 years to prepare, there were some unexplainable misses but the friendliness of the staff was so ...

Not to our liking

Review for a Asia Cruise on Celebrity Constellation

We had an “aqua” cabin so ate in the “Blu” restaurant thank goodness. The food was good but had a lot better. The “Blu” was only open for breakfast and dinner. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately we had to eat in the Oceanview cafe for lunch, which was chaotic to say the least. You would think that was this was last meal for most people the way the plates were piled high, ...

Comfortable Cruise but Nothing Special

Review for a Asia Cruise on Celebrity Constellation

It is well known that Celebrity Constellation is one of the older vessels in the Celebrity fleet, but considering she is about to go in for a significant upgrade in May 2020 in France, she is in pretty good nick. Sure, you always notice minor things like a bit of rust or flaking paintwork on the outer hull structure, which had no detrimental effect on my enjoyment of the cruise, but otherwise ...

Agenda was good but food poor and bars not properly stocked.

We chose this cruise as we had previously sailed with Celebrity in 2018 and were very impressed with the ship, facilities and the food. We also wanted the opportunity to sample The countries in the agenda. Firstly the ship and amenities were good. The only issue with the facilities was the open air cinema was on the only deck in the ship that did not have a lift so having a mobility issue was ...

Trying Celeb solo for the second time, last chance for the X

I had a pretty poor X experience a few years ago on the Eclipse, the captain having to write to each cabin to apologise type of experience. I wanted though to travel the Suez Canal though and so it seemed a good time to give the X another try. it started badly though when their greeters in Rome said I wasn't on their list and went on from there. The room had used toothpicks and peoples pills in ...

Review for a Europe - Eastern Mediterranean Cruise on Celebrity Constellation

We sailed on Constellation's voyage from Venice to Rome. We had a great itinerary. Embarkation in Venice was extremely smooth and we were in our stateroom less than one-half hour after getting to the pier. Celebrity staff were mostly friendly and helpful. Food in the main dining room was very good but mediocre in the buffet. Food there was often lukewarm and would become cold by the time you got ...
