Very very small ship needs a huge update. Hopefully they will fix the issues cleansing and update disability Lyft to work.

Do not book this ship if you travel Aqua Class

Review for a Europe - Eastern Mediterranean Cruise on Celebrity Constellation

In 18 years of cruising this was the worst cabin location we have ever encountered. Aqua cabins are located immediately below the Sauna/Solarium which entails being woken at 7 am each morning by furniture, etc being dragged across the deck above. In addition the balconies on these cabins are entirely devoid of direct sunshine due to the very ugly and huge overhang of the deck above. We have ...

An Old Rust Bucket of a Ship

Review for a Europe - Eastern Mediterranean Cruise on Celebrity Constellation

I have been on 21 cruises, 11 with Celebrity and 10 with RCCL, so I know how Celebrity standards should be and what they weren't on this cruise. The Constellation was built in 2002 and it shows. She is going into refurb in March 2020, but only for cosmetic updates and not mechanical fixes. In the meantime, Celebrity is doing NOTHING to keep the ship in good condition. There is visible rust ...

On Ship Now - Never Again

Review for a Asia Cruise on Celebrity Constellation

Chose this cruise because it visited a lot of cities I have on my to do list. But sadly this is like a hospital ship. Brothel red style rooms, hospital food (really really bad) and zero energy. Travelers of a certain age, which is the majority, seem to enjoy this hospital/nursing home ship, but if you are not 70+ yet i suggest you avoid at all costs. The pools are kiddie pools, decor is ...

We were very excited about this cruise and choose celebrity with its great reputation and with this ship having so many sea days we wanted to make sure we had great food and great entertainment... we were in an aqua spa suit with balcony and on first impressions although it was dated it was very clean so we were happy well this didn’t last long... our room was above the main buffet so it was noisy ...

Horrible cruise line

We chose this cruise line because of the itinerary and that is the only reason, three days in Israel. Three cabins, two generations of cruisers. We have been on lots of cruises, never on Celebrity and never again! Let me start with the positive: big upgraded rooms (we paid for this!) nice staff. Now the negative: we paid to upgrade my parents, we show up at entry, there is no cabin ...

Terrible disappointing cruise

It was the worse cruise we have ever been on. On getting to Rome Port the ship wasn’t there due to bad weather which they were aware of 24 hours beforehand. We then had to wait over 6 hours on a hard chair (if you were lucky to get one) and all we were offered was a small bottle of water and a small packet of crackers which they run out of so we only got 1 to share. When we got to our cabin it ...

We chose those cruise because it was going to places that we wanted to visit and also ports we have never been to be. Right from start it was horrific. We arrived at Rome port to find the ship not there. We were told there would be at least a delay of 6 hours due to bad weather. During that wait, which the cruise company were aware of all we were offered was a small bottle of water and a small ...

Celebrity Constellation – Sailing date 19th October 2018 Having booked several Celebrity cruises over last 4 years we decided we will never cruise with Celebrity again. Let me explain why. The good Without a shadow of a doubt, the best thing about Celebrity (with a few exceptions) is its very hardworking and dedicated staff. The bad (1) The food on Celebrity used to be oh so ...

Not a happy memory

Review for a Europe - Eastern Mediterranean Cruise on Celebrity Constellation

Our recent trip on Celebrity Constellation from Venice to Rome was a disappointment. The number of people, the noisy activities, the lack of basic information and the continual selling of products produced a less desirable atmosphere. Also, in many ways it was like going to a private club where one did not know the rules. Throughout the cruise we were finding out how things worked or what was or ...

Awful, 5* prices without the 5* service

We had chosen celebrity as we were under the Impression they had the best most Morden ships that catered towards adults, and a focus on well being etc How wrong we where. Its full of children and the ship is so old and run down it was just so naff. You will not get a seat by the pool st any point during your stay and even if you did it will be ruined by screaming children and awful singers and ...
