Very very small ship needs a huge update. Hopefully they will fix the issues cleansing and update disability Lyft to work.

Contrary to reputation of the food quality

Review for a Transatlantic Cruise on Celebrity Constellation

The food in the dining room at times was inedible. The chef of 32-years with Celebrity did a presentation of the secrets of pastry making was charismatic but disclosed that he has overseen movement to buy some goods rather than utilize kitchen staff to make common dishes. Unfortunately this decision has destroyed the reputation for the quality of food on the Celebrity Cruise Line which is one of ...

This is our 5th T/A crossing and it was one we could without. Some people like this ship but to us it was old and dark, I mean that literally. Half the lights in main dining were out and never came on for the whole cruise. Also if you were seated on the second level your food was cold most of the time. Forget about getting someone to clean the mold in the shower and the cabin attendant forgot to ...

We have sailed with Celebrity before and had high expectations. The ship looked good on 1st impression. Plus: Attentive and hardworking despite so few. Smart clean lounges Good sized balcony Goods customer service staff. Pleasant coffee lounge with cakes Easy embarkation Minus: Old accessible mini-van with very poor suspension collected us from airport to Ravenna. ...

Serious disappointment with Constellation

This was our 3rd cruise on the Constellation, so we did have some reference points and something to compare it with. To our great regret, it was getting worse every time we sailed the Connie, and it has come to a point where we are seriously evaluating our further relationship with Celebrity. In fact, at the prices they want nowadays, the value is just not there… As a point of reference, we ...

Have been on better ships

We chose Celebrity only because we could do two back to back cruises 7th August and 17th August 2023 (18 nights total) which covered places in Greece and Italy which we wanted to revisit. We knew nothing about their ships until now, as our past 12 cruises were mainly with P &O, Princess, and Cunard, including five half world cruises, and a few smaller ships like Paul Gaugin and Ponant, plus river ...

Ship is similar to a roadside motel but the itinerary was nice

Review for a Europe - Western Mediterranean Cruise on Celebrity Constellation

I should start by saying I am not a cruise expert. I have only been on one other cruise (princess) in my adult life. I do travel frequently, I just usually don’t do cruises. My mom, who I traveled with, goes on a cruise almost every other month. She has been on quite a few celebrity cruises. The disappointment started a couple of days before we left for our cruise when we found out the cruise was ...

Celebrity- We thought you were upscale? You can't hold a candle to Holland America.

Take it from a die-hard Holland America fan, we thought if we spent more, we would enjoy more on the Celebrity Constellation. We cruise a few times a year. We rented a family suite on the Constellation, a splurge if you will for just us "2" that featured an oversized balcony on the back of the ship. The room turned out to be the only quiet we could find in the 10 days we sailed. It was a ...

Wanted to try a different ship. Usually go with a group of family and friends of 20 Money grab. Drinks package $59 plus 20% a day. We said No but waiters fairly insistent. One wIter argued that it was 20% OFF .. no such thing. Music Trivia very boring .. no fun at all. On P & O we laughed till our faces ached. Constellation staff shuffled us off as soon as possible because every afternoon ...

Not what it is hyped up to be

Review for a Asia Cruise on Celebrity Constellation

Let me start by saying the majority of the staff were great. I found some of the male help in the dining room did not give way to any females, even when they, the female, had the right of way. I found the decor of the ship drab and the floor plan very confusing. The organization of the ship/ships crew I found to be disorganized. Why, for the love of sanity, would a crew member to told to paint ...
