Very very small ship needs a huge update. Hopefully they will fix the issues cleansing and update disability Lyft to work.

Contrary to reputation of the food quality

Review for a Transatlantic Cruise on Celebrity Constellation

The food in the dining room at times was inedible. The chef of 32-years with Celebrity did a presentation of the secrets of pastry making was charismatic but disclosed that he has overseen movement to buy some goods rather than utilize kitchen staff to make common dishes. Unfortunately this decision has destroyed the reputation for the quality of food on the Celebrity Cruise Line which is one of ...

This is our 5th T/A crossing and it was one we could without. Some people like this ship but to us it was old and dark, I mean that literally. Half the lights in main dining were out and never came on for the whole cruise. Also if you were seated on the second level your food was cold most of the time. Forget about getting someone to clean the mold in the shower and the cabin attendant forgot to ...

We were so excited for our stay on an "upper scale" cruise line! Stayed in Aquaclass. Where were our towel animals? Where was our stateroom attendants? We never set eyes on him until we were leaving! We asked for ice to chill our wine in the bucket provided in our stateroom, and was brought a small cup, so we asked for more, and never received. The one show we did watch was a not-so-funny ...

My wife and I were in Florida for the month of January celebrating my retirement. We found this 2 night cruise and thought it would be a great way to end the month. We had been on 9 Royal Caribbean cruises and had been told Celebrity is a step up when it comes to cruising. Well, I would not recommend Celebrity to anyone. I am grateful it was only 2 nights as any longer would have really been ...

This is my 2nd time (and last time) on the Constellation and 7th Celebrity cruise. This ship is in terrible shape. The furnishings in the public areas are in tattered disrepair. The fabrics are literally worn off the furniture so there are bald spots. The room was not much better with rust in the grout in the bathroom and a moldy shower curtain. Having been now on Celebrity many times, they have ...

We went with Royal Caribbean on our last cruise and the cruise was great! This cruise by comparison disappointed big time. First, they lost our bags so we had no change of clothes or toiletries until late in the evening. Next time I think I take the bags on myself if possible. The guy who cleaned our room who was very nice apologise but nothing offered for the inconvenience. Second, they messed ...

Disappointed

We were disappointed with the ship. I'm surprised that it has a 5 star rating because it's an old ship and looks old. It's been refurbished, but mostly what they did was add the aqua level which costs a lot more unless one is a high level frequent cruiser on Celebrity. I think the rest of the ship would get a much lower rating. The food in the main dining room wasn't good. The buffet food did ...

Very disappointing for Celebrity

This was my fifth Celebrity cruise and my least favourite. A good portion of the staff - especially those working outdoors by the pools and in the bars - had a very poor attitude. You often had to wait five to ten minutes before a bartender would even acknowledge you and it wasn't because they were understaffed, they were disorganized and often moving at what seemed like a galacial pace. It seemed ...
