Very very small ship needs a huge update. Hopefully they will fix the issues cleansing and update disability Lyft to work.

Poor tired old ship

We expected a luxury holiday, we paid a fortune for this cruise and it really and truly wasn’t worth it. We had never been with celebrity before and wouldn’t consider them again. All the sales people want are your dollars, they sell a large range of mediocre diamonds, but nothing of any use on the actual store, for example no sun tan lotion, no indigestion tablets, no newspapers, no books, they do ...

Wanted to try a different ship. Usually go with a group of family and friends of 20 Money grab. Drinks package $59 plus 20% a day. We said No but waiters fairly insistent. One wIter argued that it was 20% OFF .. no such thing. Music Trivia very boring .. no fun at all. On P & O we laughed till our faces ached. Constellation staff shuffled us off as soon as possible because every afternoon ...

Booked the best of India and Sri Lanka at very short notice and with a great discount in the sale. This is our third Celebrity Cruise. The other two were on the Eclipse to the Baltic and on the Xpedition to Galapagos. This cruise was not in the same class. The ship is very dated with depressing brown decorations everywhere. I can look past this as it’s overdue a refurb which is planned ...

First Cruise - Last Cruise

What a disappointment! This was the first cruise we had been on and it has put us off cruising for life. Although the ship is due for a refit next year, we didn't really notice how tired it was. The cabin was fine, dining was great - great variety of food and plenty of it. Dining Room wine waiter refilled the glasses of the male guests - ladies had to ask for a refill? At some tables the ...

we chose the cruise for the itenary and it was a area we wanted to go to but unfortunately we did not enjoy the "MDR" as the menu did not change we spent most of our time in the buffet where there was plenty choice also the entertainment was very poor indeed the main dance/singers only done 4 shows in the 15 day cruise not what we expected at all the house bands well to be honest a pub band would ...

Sorry as an extremely seasoned cruisers this was the first time sailing with Celebrity and we were very disappointed. The ship was definitely no 5* the cabin was shabby the bed covers needed updating it was shabby, the towels and flannels etc needed throwing out, the entertainment was not great and the service mediocre. Having said that our cabin steward and our waiters were satisfactory. Our over ...

Not what it is hyped up to be

Let me start by saying the majority of the staff were great. I found some of the male help in the dining room did not give way to any females, even when they, the female, had the right of way. I found the decor of the ship drab and the floor plan very confusing. The organization of the ship/ships crew I found to be disorganized. Why, for the love of sanity, would a crew member to told to paint ...

Expected more from Celebrity

I chose this cruise because 'Celebrity Cruises' had been recommended to me by my parents who would have the same level of standards as myself. The price was inviting and some of the ports were in places I had yet to visit. I traveled with my boyfriend and my parents (my father is disabled and has to use a wheelchair) so cruises make sense as a holiday option. We stayed in Abu Dhabi for 4 days ...

Disappointingly poor compared to other cruise lines

Reception and processing relatively smooth. We had and inside cabin which was clean and reasonably well maintained. Our steward was friendly and accommodating. We were on the 9th deck and the cabin was noisy in the mornings from the pool machinery starting up. We headed to a bar for sail-away only to be hounded by staff selling drinks packages. We are all moderate drinkers and it was ...
