Cabin 8189
May 2015
Our cabin was well located and quiet, it appeared to be one of the cabins which had a balcony added during an earlier refit, certainly it was smaller than other cabins we've experienced with the seating other than the bed being only at best a tight two seater couch and a chair. Regardless of those criticisms it was in good condition, had great storage and was very comfortable. The balcony was pretty much typical wirh teak table and two chairs.

Closet doors, bathroom doors and cabin entry door all hit each other - not idea. The room was NOT clean. The location of the cabin is great (very central). It was quiet except for a few times when the Casino was having some jackpot event. You could hear it from underneath.

Very minimal and could-be-refurbished balcony. Small room compared with other lines. However, on both of these comments, the fact that the Century is an older ship has to be taken into account.

We were in a balcony cabin and it is a small balcony compared to other Celebrity ships, but it did the trick as we were able to have a meal on it and watch some of the travel though the Sounds in New Zealand. The storage is great but the bathroom needs a clean up, new grout and caulking with a fresh shower curtain would help The location is a small problem as it is across from the access area for the crew and as such early in the morning you could hear loud voices.
