In a nutshell, this cruise was near perfect in every respect EXCEPT for shore excursions. Celebrity needs to take a good hard look at how it trains and staffs it shore excursions team, and how it executes tender days.

We just finished the Singapore to Sydney Cruise - post multi dollar investment 'maiden cruise' - very glad to be home.
Based on our two previous excellent cruises on the Solstice, it is very apparent that this once great vessel has 'Lost It's Gloss'. We assume the ship's 'X' (pun intended) factor has been bludgeoned by short sighted accountants.

I chose this cruise because I just wanted a holiday. The idea of one flight, an easy 8 or so hours to Singapore and then cruising home to Sydney via ports I had already seen really appealed.
