This is only my opinion from being on this cruise compared to other cruise lines I have been on
Positives - ship was easy to board very efficient no problems occurred .
Staff as always there on hand so helpful and the long shifts they do they always have a smile and good morning/afternoon.

Can I just firstly say that the crew were absolutely amazing, each and every one of them! Some days I did enjoy myself but for the most part I was not happy with this cruise at all.

This ship does not suit international people. Too many bad jokes about Americans being obese, other people's use of English and other races.
May not be intended but compare to other cruises it's a narrow minded ship.
I wonder if the cruise director will change her tune if the ship sails other routes.
On the plus side, the food is good and majority of the staff are friendly.

The ship itself was well equipped, our inside cabin was a good size. Both the embarkation and disembarkation went very smoothly. The service on board ship was good, our cabin attendant was very good.
