Let me start by saying two things...First, we have always been loyal Celebrity cruisers and Elite + members, having been on them so many times I lose count. Second, the only things that don't lower this rating even lower are the ports were fun, and the crew's enthusiasm and friendliness were perfection ! Having recently been on a great Celebrity South American cruise last year, we were looking ...

We took this cruise to celebrate our 24th anniversary. We chose it for the itinerary - always wanted to see the British Isles and figured a cruise was the best way to do it. This was our 10th Celebrity Cruise. It was about 6 years since our last Celebrity cruise, so some of my comments will reflect the changes we noticed. I booked directly with Celebrity, and their agents were very helpful. ...

We choose this cruise as our 10th anniversary. We were traveling with other family members food was below par, we ended up at the speciality restaurants 6 out of the 14 nights. Walking into the buffet it was a little insulting having an Asian woman say washy Washy. At times we could not get service for speciality drinks as well. The only thing that they down is creating long lines on a regular ...

The cruise was very busy with a lot of ports and as a result there wasn't much going on on the ship. I like to have a mix of excursions and on board activities. The on board activities were limited. I was especially disappointed by the music aboard ship. Brown's jazz quartet was very good but the folk singer Dobson seemed bored and Liv and Joe (more folk singers) didn't perform often enough. ...

The staff aboard the ship is amazing, with the free drink packages we never had to wait long for a drink we ordered anywhere on the ship. The dining staff at table 112 were friendly and so efficent. The food was ok in the dining room, eatable but nothing was outstanding. The buffet for breakfast was good, but at lunch it was a zoo trying to get a table to eat. We ordered room service once for ...

We booked the Celebrity Silhouette, 12 day British Isles cruise, with hopes of having a nice relaxing vacation. The cruise was only our second cruise ever taken, the first being with Carnival several years ago. The cruise had an itinerary, that seemed exciting, and interesting. We did some research, prior to leaving, booked some shore excursions with Celebrity before leaving. With all that it was ...

We wanted to make a relaxing cruise after a noisy and terrible experiente at Royal Caribbean in Australia. Unfortunatly it was the same terrible experience with all noisy "art" sales and with public places closed to private events. We didn't like the tables on "Promenade" ful with bags and stuff to sale lookind as a sreet vending. This is not our idea of a relaxing cruise and it was nothing ...
