1-10 of 101 Celebrity Infinity Cruise Reviews for Singles to the Western Caribbean
When we booked this cruise, we knew the Infinity had not yet been refurbished. Although a bit dated, we found the ship to be in reasonably good condition. We spent most of our days on the pool decks, participated in trivia, went to the World Wine Tour event, etc. We were surprised with the number of pool servers available to take drink orders, unlike what was being reported on other ships. We ...
We have sailed with Celebrity a few times and are always impressed with the ship, the crew, food, wine list and venues. While this ship is older we were surprised at how well she looks. Our stateroom was great, lots of storage and a really comfortable bed. Our dining room crew (table 149), Septian, Romal and wine steward, Vijit were all fabulous. They made our dining experience exceptional ...
We had not sailed on Celebrity for two years and had the opportunity to try the Celebrity Infinity. We were very happy with our choice. Yes, the ship is an older ship, however it is well maintained and to me, did not really show her age. The crew members were very friendly and helpful. It started with the Captain, who was very visible, gave daily updates and this is the only cruise I can remember, ...

We choose this cruise strictly for the dates, and it was our first Celebrity cruise. We were pleasantly surprised by the elegance of the ship, the above average food offerings, the 5 star service, the cleanliness, the amazing crew, I could go one. The ports where all good with the exception of Belize city. We tendered into port, toured the shops, and headed back to the ship for a spa day.

1. directions to the terminal are clear ( you can find out at the entrance of port everglades which terminal is infinity)(you will be stopped at the port entrance to check your id)
2.embarkation is very smooth ( row by row , area by area)
3. went main dining room 4 times , food temperature is always right, each time only took me about 45 min to finish , service is quick
4.buffet station ...
We chose this trip because, after more than three years, it was time to cruise again. We usually avoid summer Caribbean cruises, but we could not resist the price and free offers and it included two new (for us) ports of call, Belize and Bimini.
You may or may not know that Infinity was the last Celebrity ship to return to service after the pandemic, only hosting its first cruise in early ...
This is our 28th cruise. This ship should not be cruising. It either needs immediate refurbishment or should be scrapped. Service is terrible. We are in a Celebrity suite (the retreat) which comes with a dedicated butler. Tried calling this morning for coffee. Received a call 1/2 hour later apologizing he was still in line waiting to get our coffee. They don’t even have a separate line set up for ...
Having cruised twice before on Celebrity with great results (Silhouette and Equinox), we were looking forward to this trip.
We were determined to have a nice time and did so, but the Infinity was just appalling. In no particular order:
Food was awful. We were in Aqua Class, and the food in Blu was inedible. The buffet made Golden Corral look good. It was really shocking. We ate in Sushi on ...
Even though our trip started under a Coronavirus cloud, we were able to make it just under the wire, with all of the cruise warnings. The Infinity did a wonderful job with near constant cleaning, Purell stations everywhere, temperature checks before boarding.
We were able to get a great deal with perks in Aqua class and loved our cabin. Sure, you could tell in some areas that it is ready for a ...
