This cruise was recommended by our travel agent. We paid over $3500 Au for Concierge class and whilst the cabin was reasonably comfortable it certainly wasn’t luxurious.
Embarkation took over an hour as we had to wait whilst 2 ships passengers passed slowly through US Customs.

Chose this cruise to see Alaska and the Hubbard Glacier. The Infinity is an older and smaller ship than others we'd been on and certainly had less to offer than the bigger ships. I would't suggest this trip for young people. Most activities on the ship was boring ..only good part was buffet. By end of the trip i checked my bank account and noticed that they took 260$ US for tips ! it was shocking because I wasn't aware of this charge and gave tips separately for service. Spent three days in Vancouver prior to the cruise. Embarkation was a nightmare, long queues. Carried our own bags when leaving therefore disembarkation went smoothly.
The ship is tired looking, cabin was clean although the curtains, bed valance were torn. Bathroom had a musty smell which was sorted by our cleaner.

Our general impression is that the ship needs maintenance, that a proper cleaning of the cabins is needed, and that management certainly is more focused on profit optimization than on servicing the guests.
