This was our fifth cruise on Celebrity and our third on the Equinox. We both agreed that the quality of service , the quality of food, and the cleanliness has gone somewhat downhill.
The customer service staff seemed disinterested and stern. Even the Future Cruise representative was lackluster. She did make me want to book a future cruise on the ship.

This was our 15th Cruise, 2nd on Celebrity. The Eclipse is exceptionally clean, well maintained, and has a crew that appears to be happy and helpful.

This was best cruise so far. My wife and I both agree, that this one was the best so far all we have taken. It all started with Manuela Becker, our Michael’s Club Concierge. We chose this cruise as we wanted an eastern Caribbean and southern to islands we have yet to explore and found this 14 day cruise.
Little did we know that there is nothing for entertainment on this ship for anyone under the age of 60!!!
The music is ideal for big bands, waltz and such which were popular in the 40's and 50's!

I agree that there was room to improve in areas. The itinerary was great and my cabin steward excellent, the food was good but not excellent , I ate in the café did not go to dining rooms or specialty.
