We had excellent service from the time we checked in at the dock until the time we walked off the ship. The ship is beautifully appointed as all the S class ships are. We had a two day pre Barcelona with this cruise. Embarkation a little slow long lines celebrity need to fix this. We flew in on the 29th, Celebrity arranged ride from airport to ship. We arrived at ship just before noon. Boarding process was easy and went smoothly. Everything from start to finish was excellent. Received a very good offer from a travel agent that included air, 2 days in Barcelona before the cruise, 1 day after the cruise, pre-paid gratuities and a drink package. This was our 3rd time sailing with Celebrity. Our last cruise (with Princess) was a disappointment, so it was nice to board the Eclipse and feel like we had come 'home'.

a 12 night europe cruise.
This was one of the easiest times we got on and off the ship without waiting. The staff was so friendly. Captain Leo was so approachable and it was nice to see him with the staff and the guest and also enjoying the shows.

Ports were perfect
Staff was outstanding
Food was at best mediocre, lacked variety, came cold 3 times in dining room,frozen in buffet ,no water or coffee service, some plates were dirty
Public areas too loud, close to the Martini bar you could not tal over the music
Prices for drinks etc were outrageous
