This cruise has become an annual "get away from the snow" event. I guess it'll be our last one for 14 nights so we are joining a lot of other disappointed cruisers who have become spoiled. It'll be hard to replace, impossible on Celebrity but we are booked for a 12 night Med. cruise this September on Eclipse and with Captain Leo.

I agree that there was room to improve in areas. The itinerary was great and my cabin steward excellent, the food was good but not excellent , I ate in the café did not go to dining rooms or specialty. This was our 15th Cruise, 2nd on Celebrity. The Eclipse is exceptionally clean, well maintained, and has a crew that appears to be happy and helpful.

We have sailed this route twice before, so the excursions were of little interest to us. The ports offered free Wi-Fi and that was nice. It was a little hotter than we remembered, but the weather for the entire 2 weeks was sunny and a little breezy.

Staff once again went out of their way to impress and please us.
Special thank you to staff at Al Bacio, no matter how busy, they keep their friendly smile. The Dining room staff was well organized and we really liked the efficiency of the breakfast team.

An enjoyable 14 day cruise. The ship is very attractive and well maintained. This was our tenth cruise and third on Celebrity. Embarkation was quick and smooth - the Port of Miami seems to do it right! Disembarkation (Easter Sunday) was long delayed due to a shortage of port customs personnel.
