We chose this cruise as we wanted an eastern Caribbean and southern to islands we have yet to explore and found this 14 day cruise.
Little did we know that there is nothing for entertainment on this ship for anyone under the age of 60!!!
The music is ideal for big bands, waltz and such which were popular in the 40's and 50's!

Celebrity cruises had been recommended to us so to celebrate my wife's milestone birthday we booked a 14 day cruise from Miami to the Caribbean. Unfortunately we paid 5 star prices and got a 3 star cruise. The ship itself, in the main, was reasonably well kitted out and the staff really friendly and helpful but certain aspects were very disappointing.

The cruise line does not offer any thing more than music for entertainment. If you are asian and vegetarian, then do not go to their main dining hall. you'll get no good food. I can cook better than the executive chefs they have on board. They finally accepted that they do not carry asian foods and spices and hence cannot help us. We were seduced by Blu and although overall it was very good, but we also had the worst meal We had on any cruise line(we've been on over 40 cruises and some very low end). We have had several cruises with Celebrity but it is painfully obvious they are trying to lose their "old folks" image & attract younger people by projecting themselves as trendy. Well they hadn't attracted hardly any young folk on this cruise but they did display a lot of cheapening of product & dumbing down.

Ship service staff very good. Food OK but typically does not live up to description in the menu (Main Dining Room). Evening entertainment was typically weak with a few nice exceptions.
