This was our fifth cruise on Celebrity and our third on the Equinox. We both agreed that the quality of service , the quality of food, and the cleanliness has gone somewhat downhill.
The customer service staff seemed disinterested and stern. Even the Future Cruise representative was lackluster. She did make me want to book a future cruise on the ship.

We choose this cruise because we read positive reviews. Each night we had to wait at least 20 minutes for a place in the restaurant regardless of the time we chose. This was our fifth 14 night Eclipse cruise to the Southern Caribbean and was definitely the least enjoyable. We went back to Celebrity from last 2 cruises with RCL. Last cruise on Celebrity was Equionox in 2015 things change. Recently on RCL Anthem and Grandeur.
